FAQs
What size are the paper samples?
The paper samples are A5 or approximately 6" x 8".
What brands are the paper samples?
Pastelmat is a unique surface made in France by Clairefontaine, and the sample is white. The drafting film is Grafix .003 double-sided. The black paper is Strathmore Artagain Coal Black, 400 Series.
When will I receive my paper samples?
As soon as you purchase the bundle, your samples will be posted within two days of purchase. Delivery will depend on local postal services, but generally the package arrives within 7–10 days.
Is there tracking on my package?
The samples are packed in a rigid letter envelope for the safest delivery. This lets the package travel as a letter and avoid getting squashed with parcels, but it doesn't include tracking. I photograph the postal receipt and email it to you for confirmation. I have shipped many sample packs worldwide, and all have arrived safely.
